This position is central to our client acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing end-to-end Upwork bidding processes
• Developing and executing business development strategies
• Engaging with prospective clients and conducting discovery conversations
• Maintaining detailed records of bids, leads, and client interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to align on project scope and deliverables
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
• Demonstrated success in winning projects via Upwork or similar platforms
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
