✔️ Strong lead generation skills via Upwork & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔️ Experience in international client communication
✔️ Understanding of IT services (Web, App, Software Development)
✔️ Strong English communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Client handling, follow-ups & deal closing ability
✔️ Target-driven & growth-focused mindset

🎯 Responsibilities
✔️ Bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
✔️ Generate & qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔️ Communicate with international clients
✔️ Prepare proposals, quotations & follow-ups
✔️ Coordinate with technical teams for project scope
