Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at our Wapda Town, Lahore office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the staff augmentation industry, preferably in the software/IT sector.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the U.S. and other markets for staff augmentation services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Understand client requirements and align our staffing solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in staff augmentation, IT staffing, or software outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, IT roles, and international staffing models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
