Description:
The Senior Brand Manager/Brand Manager will lead the Content and Design at Deaf Reach – Global, shaping and strengthening the organization’s brand through impactful storytelling and inclusive communication. This role will ensure consistent, high-quality visual and narrative representation of Deaf Reach across Pakistan and on international platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Deaf Reach’s overall brand and content strategy
- Oversee creation of compelling content, design assets, and video storytelling for fundraising, advocacy, and awareness campaigns
- Drive strategic donor engagement through compelling impact communication, reports, campaigns, and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, annual reports, donor materials, events, and international communications
- Manage integrated campaigns supporting fundraising and programmatic goals
- Lead and mentor the content, design, and media team
- Collaborate with programs, partnerships, and global chapters to align communication with organizational objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve brand impact
- Use data, insights, and global best practices to continuously strengthen brand visibility and impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in branding, content, design, Social Media, and media production i
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills
- Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects
- Understanding of nonprofit or social impact communications preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
