Senior Bookkeeper

 

Description:

Finex Outsourcing is urgently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bookkeeping processes, proficiency in accounting software, and strong communication skills for direct client interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand document flow, sources of income, and categorize expenses accurately.

  • Prepare monthly vendor bills (utilities, telecom, etc.).

  • Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.

  • Review financial data to ensure accuracy and proper transaction recording.

  • Prepare payroll records including taxes and deductions.

  • Process payroll calculations ensuring correct deductions and net wages.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and MS Excel.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent client communication skills to manage bookkeeping directly with clients.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: M.Com, B.Com (Hons), or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years bookkeeping experience; UK-based or outsourcing experience is preferred.
