Description:
Finex Outsourcing is urgently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bookkeeping processes, proficiency in accounting software, and strong communication skills for direct client interaction.
Understand document flow, sources of income, and categorize expenses accurately.
Prepare monthly vendor bills (utilities, telecom, etc.).
Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
Review financial data to ensure accuracy and proper transaction recording.
Prepare payroll records including taxes and deductions.
Process payroll calculations ensuring correct deductions and net wages.
Strong expertise in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and MS Excel.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent client communication skills to manage bookkeeping directly with clients.
Education: M.Com, B.Com (Hons), or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 1+ years bookkeeping experience; UK-based or outsourcing experience is preferred.
