We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (On-Site – Lahore, Pakistan)

We’re building the central nervous system for enterprise AI a powerful, agentic infrastructure that enables businesses to deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks.

This is your ground-floor opportunity to help build the core engine of a system that will redefine how businesses operate. You’ll join a small, deeply technical team shaping the foundation of our AI platform from a blank slate.

What You’ll Do

Architect the Core Engine – Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems from the ground up.
Design the AI-Application Bridge – Develop low-latency APIs that connect AI agents to real-world applications.
Build the Mission Control Plane – Create internal tools for managing and deploying autonomous agents.
Develop the Connector Framework – Enable integration with enterprise tools and data systems.
Implement Zero-Trust Security – Design authentication, authorization, and encryption protocols from scratch.
Own Quality & Deployment – Establish automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.

Languages: Python (expert), Go/Rust (plus)
Frameworks: FastAPI, gRPC
Infra: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Vector DBs (Azure AI Search, Pinecone)
