Position: Senior Audit Officer
Location: Lahore
Company: Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead regular and surprise stock audits at stores and warehouses.
• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records and validate stock movements.
• Analyze stock variances, shrinkage trends, and identify root causes.
• Evaluate compliance with inventory SOPs and internal control procedures.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Investigate major stock discrepancies and potential fraud cases.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, or any other relevant qualification.
• 2-4 years' experience in inventory/internal audit (Retail/Fashion preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with ERP and Excel proficiency.
• Good understanding of retail inventory operations and controls.
• Willingness to travel to stores and warehouse locations.
