Acts as a strategic lead for content verticals. This role requires a hybrid of creative execution and analytical rigor. You will be responsible for not only pushing high volumes of content but ensuring that content drives measurable revenue and growth through SEO optimization, data analysis, and strategic asset management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vertical Strategy & Content Planning
- Strategic Development: Develop and maintain the content strategy for specific assigned social media platforms to ensure alignment with broader project growth goals.
- Organic Calendar Management: Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent pipeline of content that meets daily publishing quotas.
- Gap Analysis: Identify underperforming niches and design strategy based on market trends and competitor analysis.
2. High-Volume Distribution & SEO
- Daily Publishing: Execute high-volume posting schedules across designated social platforms.
- SEO & Social Optimization: Apply advanced SEO techniques to all content for maximizing organic reach.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to scale content output and automate the process reducing manual human effort.
3. Data Analysis
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and compile weekly and monthly reports highlighting growth trends and actionable insights for optimization.
- Revenue Focus: Connect content performance directly to tangible growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all distributed content adheres to copyright laws and platform policies to mitigate risk.
Qualifications & Skills
- Core Skills: English proficiency (B2/C1 level), SEO optimization, Deep Knowledge of Social Media Algorithms.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of demonstrable track record of driving revenue and growth via content.
- Tech Stack: AI tools related to video output and optimization, native analytics tools.
