Senior Application Consultant

Description:

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Oversee client-side deployments, customizing solutions to meet specific needs and optimizing performance.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application functionality.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose reported issues, implementing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Perform comprehensive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) of reported issues, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.
• Should have QA testing experience.
• Collaborate with QA team to maintain and enhance application quality standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualification:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or software engineering.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Proficiency in deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with RCAs, quality assurance, and mentoring.
