Contributor Account Management Team will enable you to become a successful professional and gain valuable global exposure by working closely with our internal stakeholders, research contributors, commercial teams, and our clients. We are a group of over 30 members with a global presence in India, the Philippines, Japan, the U.K. and the U.S.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment
- Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team objectives are met
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
- Support customers and sales in pre and post sales activities in the effort to maximize retention
- Manage our research contributor entitlement requirements, deepening our partnership with research providers, driving contributor retention, and helping to achieve our company’s commercial and product goals

Qualifications
- College degree with a minimum of 8 years working experience in a global organization
- Must be fluent (spoken and written) in English language
- Minimum of 3 years of Client/Product Support experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broker Research Access and Broker Relationship
- Experience with financial data software/tools such as CIQ, CIQ Pro and VA Insights
- Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- An ability to present or discuss an analysis of the problem at hand and its possible solution(s) with partners of all levels
- Possess exceptional listening, written and oral communication skills to facilitate communication and interaction with all staff levels and customers
- Demonstrated ability to act as a role model, exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
- Enthusiastic / self-motivated, ability to work on own and under pressure
- Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment
