Description:
The Accounting Manager will manage BPO Wizard Pvt Ltd’s accounting operations, ensuring Accounting and Tax laws in Pakistan and America, and maintain accurate records. This role demands a proactive individual with expertise in accounting, taxation, inventory control, and relevant software.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, and manage finance team.
- Manage and control office inventory, implementing efficient systems to track and optimize resources.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local (Pakistan) and international tax laws (USA), IAS, and IFRS.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and reconciliations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ACCA/CA/ICMA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience: 4-5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience
Skills Summary:
- Expertise in Pakistan and American taxation laws.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and the Companies Act, 2017.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and inventory accounting
