Position: Senior Accountant (Retail Finance)

✓ MUSHQ is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and responsible Senior Accountant to oversee retail finance operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong financial controls across retail stores.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of retail stores and ensure all transactions are accurately recored in the ERP system.
• Perform daily store sales reconciliation between POS, ERP, cash collections, bank/card payments, and other payment channels.
• Reconcile cash collections, credit/debit card transactions, bank deposits, and digital payment receipts.
• Monitor and reconcile store-wise sales, discounts, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Review and record store operating expenses in the accounting system with proper supporting documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and store-wise expense reviews.
• Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company policies across retail operations.

Requirements:
• Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Retail industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Odoo will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
