Senior Account Manager

Description:

Printico International is looking for a qualified Account Manager to manage industrial clients in the printing and packaging sector. The candidate must have previous industrial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage industrial customer accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding orders, pricing, and delivery
• Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch departments
• Prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and maintain records
• Build long-term relationships with industrial clients
• Resolve customer issues professionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in an industrial / manufacturing company (mandatory)
• Experience in printing or packaging industry will be preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work under pressure
