Senior Account Manager

Description:

We are one of the leading apparel-manufacturing company in Sialkot Pakistan looking for energetic and dynamic persons for the following positions.

• Senior Manager Finance, Accounts & Taxation (Male or Female) (1 Vacancy)

Qualification: Masters in Finance - Preferably CA/CPA/CMA/CIA or ACMA / ACCA Partly Qualified

Skills: Must Have Experience to work all accounting matters like, manufacturing experience in Accounts/Finance/Tax / Auditing
Industry: Apparels / Textile / Garments

Job Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and gaps identification in existing accounting process and recommendations for improvement.
• Presenting financial reports in formal meeting on weekly basis.
• Managing Accounts Payable including receiving, registering, verifying and processing all invoices, overseeing those transactions are authorized and correctly recorded.
• Managing Accounts Receivable including collecting credit advises, checking them for their authorization and posting in accounting system.
• Experience in managing e-FBR portal for all legal matters.
• Preparing the monthly bank reconciliations and ensure that all reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies.
• Ensuring that the accounting books and records are updated on a timely basis to reflect all cash and bank transactions.
• Overseeing the administration of Petty cash in accordance with the Company’s Finance Policy and procedure.

• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
• Analyzing cash flow position of company on regular basis by projecting future sources and needs.
• Tax Calculations, Analysis and Filing according to existing laws.
• Payroll management.
• Performs all other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
