We are expanding our Gaming Department and are looking for highly experienced professionals to help shape visually stunning, scalable, and high-quality game experiences.

These roles are for industry veterans who have spent years building games and deeply understand game art pipelines, visual consistency, performance optimization, gameplay vision, and player experience.
At Waxon IT Solutions, you’ll collaborate with passionate developers, designers, and technical teams on ambitious gaming projects built for long-term growth.

🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry
Strong expertise in 3D game art (for Artist role)
Proven experience in game direction, vision, and leadership (for Director role)
Experience with game-ready assets, environments, and characters
Deep understanding of game engines and production workflows
Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams
