Senio Ai Engineer

Description:

UnRealPays is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer who will play a critical role in securing and delivering U.S.-based AI projects. The selected candidate will attend technical interviews arranged by our Business Development team and win projects for the company. This is a performance-driven leadership role for ambitious AI professionals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Attend and clear all AI-related technical interviews coordinated by the BD team

• Secure AI/ML/Data Science projects through strong technical and communication skills

• Take full ownership of delivering the first project independently

• Lead and mentor additional AI resources as more projects are won

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations

• Maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
