Security Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Security Incharge/Supervisor with strong expertise in security operations, surveillance, and emergency response, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of personnel and assets, enforce security protocols, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management & Operations:

- Oversee daily security operations.

- Implement and enforce security protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.

- Conduct incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.

- Manage crisis situations (theft, trespassing, fire, medical emergencies) with swift response.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations (e.g., OSHA, local security laws).

Documentation & Reporting (Microsoft Office)

- Maintain Excel-based logs for security incidents, shift schedules, and equipment checks.

- Prepare professional reports in Word (daily/weekly security updates, SOPs, compliance docs).

- Develop PowerPoint presentations for security training, risk briefings, and management reviews.

- Draft official communications, security advisories, and emergency guidelines.

Leadership & Coordination:

- Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.

- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and management during incidents.

- Conduct security drills and awareness programs for staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum [5] years in security management, surveillance, and emergency response.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Advanced reporting & data analysis.

- Strong written/verbal communication for reports and coordination.
