Section Officer - Customer Care

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensures all incoming telephone calls for the company are properly handled by customer care staff.

2. Welcome customers and visitors by greeting them warmly.

3. Provides correct and up to date information to customers’ queries.

4. Ensures proper handling of customer complaint and documenting them. Endorsing complaints beyond his/her authority to be resolved by the FOH Manager

5. Ensures proper handling of goods returned by customers according to the set procedures.

6. Ensures that customer reception is clean and organized all the time. Enforces safety and hygiene regulations.

 

Requirements:

Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer services; preferably with reputed organizations as guest relations officer or receptionist.

Should have good interpersonal and communicational skills.

Should be people oriented. Must be computer Literate.
