Section Manager Finance

Description:

The ideal candidate should: Hold CA/CFA or MBA Finance Have 10+ years of Investments, Divestments, Mergers, Projects, Analysis experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Review of existing FFBL projects (FML, FFL, FPCL, AKBL, FWE, PMP etc.) and performance of assigned activities. This includes but not limited to their Long term Plans, Budget, Outlook, Monthly Management accounts, Dash Board,

• Investment appraisal for Business diversification and Process redesigning, joint-venture, Disinvestments etc.

• Review data/ information from various sources for conducting due diligence studies and preparation of Financial Models (In-house and by Consultants) as per instructions of Management.

• Evaluation of Proposals like FFBL own Marketing department, New Fertilizer Plant, Feasible sources for raw materials etc.
