Description:
Education:
- Minimum master’s degree from HEC recognized university in finance / accounting/
icomputer sciences or a CA/ACCA/ACMA.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience.
Skills – Generic:
- Detailed knowledge of Tier 1 ERPs (SAP / Oracle etc.)
- Age Limit is max. 50 years

- Vast technical knowledge related to the field, including hands-on experience in their
respective field.
- Expertise in the analysis, documentation, implementation, deployment and maintenance
of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
- Certification in ERP will be a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review all technical documents, reports generated by ERP Consultants.
- Ensure all “As-Is” Processes have been documented correctly in consultation with end
users of respective departments.
- Based on documented “As-Is” processes, ensure completeness of business
requirements in the RFP, keeping in view scalability and to incorporate change in
processes, if required.
- Receive in-depth training in the software module of his/her core area to equip
himself/herself with super user competencies in one or more of selected ERP software
modules.
- Collaborate with the ERP Implementation Vendor to find out opportunities for
improvement and automating of existing business processes.
- Review the proposed ‘To-Be’ business processes as designed by the ERP
Implementation vendor, provide feedback for corrections/improvements, review the
documents within the agreed timelines and as per agreed review procedures
documented in the Project Management Plan for ERP Implementation. Obtain/provide a
final signoff from the user community, business process owners and functional heads.
- Create awareness and training for NTDC users and Functional owners about the to-be
processes and gain approval for a transition into operation after user acceptance
testing.
Be involved in scoping, testing and making decision on the following:
- Provision and finalization of Master and transactional data related to their departments.
- The business cycle related workflows, approvals and review hierarchies.
- Business cycle related Scenarios and Assumptions.
- Business cycle related processes integration requirements with the legacy systems and other sites.
- Business Cycle related control and key performance measurement.
- Business Cycle related reporting requirements.
- Understanding of the business cycle related application functionality, concepts and techniques.
- Conduct all needed document reviews, feedbacks, testing, acceptance and signoff activities for all functional related project deliverables.
- Coordinate with the other units as needed regarding products features, future business volumes, and forecasting assumptions. Follow data collection activities and perform data cleansing and verification of transaction data/opening balances in coordination with the respective sites.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the reporting officer or head of department (HoD)
