Description:

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall SEO strategy. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a proven ability to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads.

You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are fully integrated into all digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, schema, and content structure
• Implement and manage technical SEO improvements such as crawl optimization, site speed, indexing, and structured data
• Perform regular site audits using industry tools
• Monitor and improve backlink profiles and implement ethical link-building strategies
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with developers for resolution
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO
• Demonstrated track record of successful ranking improvements and traffic growth
