Description:
We’re hiring a hands-on SEO Manager to own SEO strategy and execution for client websites. You’ll perform audits, lead keyword and competitor research, run technical SEO fixes, execute white-hat link building, and report results to stakeholders. This role suits an experienced SEO professional or a motivated intern/fresh graduate ready to learn and grow.
Key responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and create prioritized action plans.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to shape content and targeting.
- Implement on-page optimization (meta tags, schema, content structure) and coordinate with developers for technical fixes.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns and outreach.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools; produce clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to improve UX and conversion paths.
- Stay current on search algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Required skills & qualifications
- Practical knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz (any).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
- Good written and verbal communication; able to present results to clients/team.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field preferred — not mandatory.
Nice to have
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
- Prior agency or client-facing experience.
- Certifications (Google Analytics, SEO courses) are a plus.
