Savvital is seeking a highly skilled SEO Executive for its internal Marketing team. This role is geared toward candidates with proven experience (1-3 years) in SEO and digital marketing, who can drive our organic growth through strategic, data-driven initiatives. You will lead the development and execution of robust SEO strategies that enhances the online visibility, optimize the content, and significantly boost organic traffic. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and strategic insight.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion rates.
- Lead competitive analysis and keyword research to identify market opportunities.
On-Page & Technical SEO:
- Optimize content, meta tags, headers, and image alt texts to ensure alignment with best SEO practices.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data) and coordinate with the web development team to resolve issues.
Content Collaboration & Optimization:
- Work closely with content creators to ensure that all published content is optimized for search engines.
- Provide actionable recommendations and SEO guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality content production.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor SEO performance through detailed analytics, preparing strategic reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key metrics, ensuring that performance benchmarks are met or exceeded.
- Process Improvement & Mentorship:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement structured processes to enhance SEO workflows.
- Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate on cross-departmental training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Deep proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Advanced understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization, mobile optimization, and structured data.
- Bonus Points: Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) and has a personality.
