Description:

We are looking for an SDR Quality Control & Excel Specialist to support our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) team. This role involves conducting quality checks on leads, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems, and providing feedback to improve lead qualification processes. The position also requires creating and analyzing performance reports, managing lead assignments, and assisting with administrative tasks.

 

A key part of the role is utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and automation. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in quality control or sales support are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesloft is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on leads generated and contacted by the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Ensure adherence to lead qualification criteria and standards set by the company.
  • Review and verify data accuracy and completeness in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesloft, Active Campaign, Pipedrive).
  • Provide feedback and coaching to SDRs to improve lead qualification processes.
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for the team.
  • Pre-qualify and assign leads as per the round robin rules.
  • Quality check leads that have been converted for commissions.
  • Adhere to any other admin tasks set out by the Management.
  • Enhance each lead with additional contact information.

 

MS Excel Specialist:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and sales performance, forecast numbers for the team.
  • Generate custom reports and data visualizations to support decision-making within the sales development team.
  • Assist in automating Excel processes to streamline reporting and data management tasks.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the SDR department as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in onboarding new SDR team members, providing guidance on CRM usage and data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless information flow and alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management and sales operations.
  • Maintain a log of all assigned and delivered tasks.

 

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Must be good in data analytics
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Countifs, Sumifs, text functions, PivotTables, data visualization), conditional formatting, cross referencing two or multiple data sets for duplicate checks.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for department’s weekly, monthly and annual presentation to senior management with infographics format.
  • Experience in quality control or assurance roles, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and data inaccuracies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, Salesloft, Pipedrive.
  • Previous SaaS based environment experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of the service industry or field service management.
