Scrum Master

TalentX, a fast-evolving talent acquisition and outsourcing company redefining global hiring excellence, is currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Scrum Master to join its Lahore-based team. This onsite position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about agile methodologies, team facilitation, and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced development environment.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile delivery teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to agile best practices across all project phases. You will act as a key liaison between development teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Agile teams in the implementation of Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to frameworks

• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Use Jira to manage and monitor sprint progress, story points, and deliverables

• Remove impediments that hinder team productivity and performance

• Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a collaborative team environment

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Agile project coordination or Scrum Master roles

• Strong working knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Jira

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team facilitation skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic team settings
