- Has basic knowledge of business systems processes, models, and design requirements as well as workflow design.
- Has basic knowledge of technical risks, workflow/business process analysis and engineering/quality processes and potential impact on other areas
- Solve problems with detailed oversight or interaction
- Solve routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures
- As a servant leader, is focused on improving team dynamics so it generates organizational value
Basic / Preferred Qualifications
- Typically requires no previous professional experience or 0-2 years of related experience
- Equivalent experience, PSM or CSM a plus
- SAFe certification for Scrum Master is a plus
