✅ Has strong written English
✅ Understands social media trends & content psychology
✅ Can adapt tone across different niches & brands
✅ Follows briefs, meets deadlines, and values quality
✅ Uses (or is eager to learn) tools like ChatGPT, Claude & Descript
✅ Knows how to craft smart AI prompts for better results
