This role is part-time and open to both remote and in-person candidates.

Job Description
- Research topics deeply and turn them into clear, engaging scripts.
- Write scripts, outlines, hooks, intros, outros, captions, and segment breakdowns for digital content.
- Create questions, prompts, and talking points for reaction-style and interview-style videos.
- Create scripts for different formats, including long-form videos, short-form reels, reaction videos, social media content, and branded content.
- Pitch fresh content ideas that fit our cross-cultural storytelling style.
- Review audience response and help improve writing based on engagement, retention, and comments.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have strong written English and a good understanding of Urdu.
- Understanding of Western and South-Asian cultural references is vital
- A strong interest in platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital media platforms is important.
- The candidate should also have a good understanding of Pakistani, South Asian, and international pop culture
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
