This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality of textile screen printing operations, combining technical expertise with creative precision to produce outstanding printed garments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of screen printing machinery and techniques, with a strong command of color matching and print quality standards. You will lead the garment print production process, overseeing workflow efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of printed materials, while mentoring and managing production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage screen-printing machines to produce high-quality prints on textiles and garments.

• Ensure accurate color matching and maintain consistency across all printed products.

• Oversee the entire screen printing production process from setup to final output, ensuring compliance with brand and quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate the production team to maximize efficiency and minimize errors or reworks.

• Troubleshoot printing issues and implement corrective measures promptly.

• Maintain machinery and equipment to guarantee smooth production operations.

• Collaborate with design and quality teams to align printing outputs with design specifications.

• Manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines without compromising quality.

• Proven expertise and hands-on experience in textile screen printing, including machine operation and maintenance.
