United Charter Schools - A Project of Beaconhouse is looking for a dedicated and dynamic School Coordinator to join our UCS Chinar Bagh Campus – Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator with a passion for academic excellence and leadership.
📍 Location: UCS Chinar Bagh Campus – Lahore
🎓 Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education or equivalent)
Additional certifications in education management or teaching will be an advantage
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Drive professional growth and capacity building among staff
- Ensure smooth implementation of the Learning & Development philosophy
- Work within the framework of the School Operations Manual and Company Policies
- Collaborate with senior management for continuous improvement of academic and administrative processes
💼 Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Hands-on experience in general school administration)
