Hiring | Scheduling Specialist – Karachi (Onsite, Night Shift)

PsychPlus is expanding and looking for a Scheduling Specialist to join our Karachi office. This is a full-time, onsite night-shift role for candidates with experience in patient scheduling and call handling within a healthcare environment.

Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Shift: Full-time, Night Shift (7 PM - 4 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound patient calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems or EHRs
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
Ensure compliance with SOPs and HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in patient scheduling (Healthcare)
Strong verbal English communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes
Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail
Ability to work onsite in Karachi during night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with U.S. healthcare, clinics, or call centers
Familiarity with EHR or appointment scheduling systems
Experience supporting behavioral health or medical practices
