Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to staff on routine SAP B1 related queries, ensuring seamless operations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP B1 and Hana DB, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports to generate actionable reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One transactional cube is a plus.
• Identify and resolve Hana DB issues, ensuring the database's performance, security, and reliability.
• Conduct training sessions to empower staff with SAP B1 and Hana DB knowledge and best practices
