We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Main Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a proven track record in sales, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of Pacific Trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Present and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to individuals and groups.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel destinations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) in a sales role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for travel and extensive knowledge of various travel destinations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
