We are seeking an experienced Sales Person to join our clothing brand team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Manage and organize inventory and merchandise
Process transactions using the POS system
Meet and exceed sales targets
Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained
Train and supervise sales associates
Assist with visual merchandising and creating store displays
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotions
Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
