This position provides an unprecedented opportunity to shape the future of the S&P Global S&P Salesforce Instances. You will leverage your extensive expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing to lead large-scale transformation projects, make critical design decisions, and optimize complex Order-to-Cash processes. Your impact will be measured by the scalability, efficiency, and intelligence of our revenue systems. This role will position you to lead Order to Cash Technology Implementation and steward our technology stack.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Strong experience in APEX Trigger Design Patterns, Salesforce Governor Limits, and Salesforce Asynchronous APEX (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).
- Experience developing enterprise level Test Classes, Mock Interfaces, and maintaining 85% code coverage.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
- Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX with Agentforce to deliver high-impact, scalable agent workflows.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1.
- Experience with SalesForce.com API, SOAP messaging and integration with other enterprise applications.
- Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Platform Developer 2.
- Significant functional understanding of billing functionalities such as collections, revenue schedules, cash application, tax, and invoice generation.
- Experience building custom solutions around Salesforce Steelbrick, Revenue Cloud, or Zuora Implementations at an enterprise level.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using external objects, graphQL, and Salesforce Managed Packages limitations.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-cloud or multi-org Salesforce environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create technical design documents, architectural enterprise design documents, and data schema(s).
