We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The

successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-

quality Salesforce solutions that meet our clients’ business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and robust solutions.

• Customization & Configuration:

• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.

• Implement and manage user permissions, profiles, and roles to ensure data integrity and security.

• Integration & APIs:

• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other business-critical systems.

• Performance & Optimization:

• Troubleshoot performance and data integrity issues; recommend and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce performance.

• Conduct regular code reviews, enforce code quality standards, and optimize development processes.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance—to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.

• Documentation & Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.

• Provide post-deployment support and ongoing maintenance to ensure solution stability and user satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Salesforce Platform Developer II, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.

• Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL).

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and tools.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience working in a fast-paced technology or consulting environment is preferred.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

 

Key Skills

• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Service Cloud functionalities,

including case management, task management, configure custom settings and

managed package, configure Salesforce Live Chat (some knowledge about

Agent Force is a plus),

• REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns

• Git or other version control systems

• Agile/Scrum methodologies

• DevOps tools (CI/CD) is a plus
