Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading Salesforce implementation projects by collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

• Working closely with developers, QA teams, and other analysts to ensure smooth execution of solutions.

• Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and recommending enhancements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and support to help them grow their technical and business analysis skills.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation using Salesforce tools and features.

• Creating comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

• Serving as the key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring expectations are aligned and met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Staying updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst working specifically on Salesforce or CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, and reporting.

• Ability to analyze and map business processes into Salesforce solutions.

• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst) will be considered a strong advantage.
