As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that platform enhancements align with organizational goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and define clear, actionable requirements

• Conduct process analysis and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to optimize workflows

• Translate business requirements into technical documentation and functional specifications

• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and system administrators to design and implement solutions

• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce features and enhancements

• Provide training and user support post-implementation

• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to ensure high usability and efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role with a primary focus on Salesforce

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

• Proficiency in documenting business processes, use cases, and functional requirements

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant) are a significant advantage
