Salesforce Business Analyst

Description:

PixelEdge is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in a hybrid capacity across Karachi and Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Experience. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, map processes, configure Salesforce solutions, and lead data migration efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to identify pain points, and gather functional/technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.

• Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Process Builder.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Salesforce Configuration: Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports to meet business needs.

• Data Management & Migration: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Integration Support: Collaborate with development teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications.

• Training & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption.

• Testing & UAT Support: Perform system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of CRM processes, data modeling, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

• Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases).

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
