Sales/customer Care Representative

 

Description:

HSA Consultants is hiring a proactive and personable Sales/Customer Care Representative to manage client interactions, provide product/service information, and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good command of Microsoft Office, and a customer-centric attitude to help support our mission of delivering exceptional service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and clarity.

✔️Assist in sales and upselling by providing accurate product and service information.

✔️Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately.

✔️Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.

✔️Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

✔️Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

✔️Prepare and present routine sales and customer support reports.

 

Qualifications:

✔️Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required).

✔️1–2 years of experience in customer care or sales preferred.

✔️Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills may also apply.

✔️Must have a good personality and pleasant communication style.

✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✔️Strong command of written and verbal English.

✔️Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

✔️Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
