What You’ll Do:

✅ Deliver engaging training sessions for sales reps in medical campaigns

✅ Coach & mentor teams to meet KPIs and compliance standards

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps & improve performance

✅ Continuously update content to keep it fresh, relevant & results-driven

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Prior experience in training for medical or healthcare sales

🔹 Excellent spoken & written English communication

🔹 Confident facilitator with a strong grasp of sales techniques

🔹 Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
