✅ Salary: Up to PKR 180,000 + Commissions & Bonuses
✅ Company Car* (eligible after achieving a $10K target for 3 consecutive months)
✅ Monthly Target: $7,000 – $10,000
✅ Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
✅ Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
✅Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets on Upwork
✅Manage and strengthen client relationships
✅Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
✅Train, mentor, and monitor team performance

Requirements:
✅Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager with a strong track record on Upwork
✅Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
✅Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
✅Ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team
