We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead with a proven track record in B2B industrial sales—preferably in lubricants or related technical products. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, lead a sales team, and contribute to our ongoing journey of expansion and excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Lead and manage the B2B sales team across assigned regions.

-Drive sales performance, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.

-Develop strategies for expanding into new sectors and regions.

-Collaborate with management to introduce and promote new brands.

-Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation for the team.

 

Candidate Profile:

 

-7–8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial lubricants or related sectors.

-Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

-Professional, ethical, and aligned with growth-oriented company values.
