Dankash is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic office team. This role is focused on nurturing customer relationships—no lead generation required. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs, clarify information, and offer effective solutions.
- Manage inbound calls, respond to queries on official social media platforms, and utilize Salesforce for sales processes.
- Follow communication scripts and best practices for customer engagement.
- Suggest appropriate products or services based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within set timelines.
- Schedule in-person meetings between clients and career advisors.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a sales or customer service role (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in handling phone communications and active listening.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and a desire for professional growth.
