IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a Sales support specialist to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career-level, and remote (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
JOB DUTIES:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Recognize and analyze new opportunities in the Government Sector.
- Prepare the relevant proposals or other documents for project bidding.
- Manage sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and aid the company as needed.
- Ensure client queries are answered timely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills in the English Language.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in marketing, or business.
- B2B sales experience in either the call center or staffing industry.
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Prior experience with international clients based out of the USA, Canada, and Europe.
- Knowledge with regards to call center terminologies i.e. VOIP, QA, CSR etc.
- Professional, detail-oriented, fast-learner, punctual, and a team player.
