📍 Location: Jail Road, Karachi
🕒 Shifts: 7 PM – 4 AM | 8 PM – 5 AM | 9 PM – 6 AM
💰 Salary: Market Competitive

✨ Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Promote and upsell products/services
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure excellent customer service

✅ Requirements:
• Excellent spoken & written English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales/BPO/call center experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work night shifts
