Sales & Support Executive

 

Description:

Candidates having knowledge of basic system installation and experience in Galileo ticketing software will be an added advantage.

 

Detailed JD:

1. Introduce & promote accounting software to the clients.

2. Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients and travel agencies.

3. Responsible for the day to day communication with the clients.

4. Visit clients on regular basis and provide remedy for any problem raised.

5. Promote services and provide support to clients.

6. Analyze and identify new Sales opportunities.

7. Account management for the clients.

8. Providing information support to the management team by conducting thorough competitor research and analysis reporting in order to gain competitive edge on availability and supply.

9. Liaise internally with different departments to identify, recommend and implement improvements.
