Sales Support Executive

Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our HO Lahore. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries and inquiries
• Validate and forward leads to the concerned teams
• Maintain communication records and follow-ups
• Assist with coordination and basic documentation

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in sales support, client handling, or lead management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of the Energy Monitoring, BESS or Solar sector is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, Phone calls, Social Media and email handling
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
