Sales & Support Agent

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients via live chat, email, and calls

• Understand client requirements and provide accurate quotations and product info

• Support customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales process

• Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, design)

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or B2B sales preferred

• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

• Self-motivated and responsible during night shifts

• Strong customer service and communication skills
