Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:

• Call and follow up with potential clients to offer transportation services.

• Convert leads into confirmed business through persuasive communication.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client data.

Dispatch Duties:

• Book and dispatch loads efficiently via load boards (e.g., Central Dispatch, TruckStop).

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.

• Track and monitor loads in real-time, resolving any route or client issues.

• Maintain proper documentation of trips, loads, and communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in USA-based logistics (Sales or Dispatch preferred).

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Knowledge of US time zones, geography, and logistics practices.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in customer handling.
